We strive to ship in 7-15 business days (doesn't include weekends or holidays).will be sent by courier to your door. You will receive an email with your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your handbag. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship at our expense.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
